What you allow is what will continue...

This is all about self assertiveness that is to be self assured about who you are? and what do you want?.
The one who never says no.
We all have seen those people who never says no to anything even if they want to. I have friends who lies in this category. For such people we have a name- Passive people. They actually try to be nice with everyone by never saying no. Even if they feel angry, sad, or distorted. Such people lack confidence and face major issues in life.
" I walked into a restaurant and ordered a pizza. I liked the pizza but my friend didn't . She was not having her pizza nor she was complaining about it. Even though
she was angry about the taste yet she never told the owner about how she felt.
Now that's what passive people do. Yes, she lacked confidence.
On the other hand , just near my table I saw a man yelling at the waiter about how the food taste was terribly awful. So now comes the second category, which was this man called aggressive and to the waiter he was rude. But yes he was confident."
Which one would you prefer to be?
I say none! Why? because both were wrong. speaking about our rights is important but being rude is offensive.
A person can get what he like by the way he wants that thing. Instead of being rude and aggressive, the man must have told him politely to change the dish as it was bad at taste. By such act the waiter would never be offended and the food would also be changed.
Be the man worth speaking to.
Be polite ,have courage and never hesitate to ask for what you want.
Be kind ,have confidence and you will get better things than you wished for
and yes never forget to say no for what you actually never want to do.
Stop pleasing people and start pleasing yourself.
